DESCRIPTION: Adhesive for joint exposed to work In different conditions .The latest generation of chemical engineering in the field of material bonding - Ms Polymer (modified silanes). One component, very strong, crystalline transparent and odourless adhesive of the consistency of gel. Designed for bonding all materials exposed to work in extremely difficult conditions and to the action of very high breaking loads. Possesses the highest adhesion both to smooth and porous surfaces as well as to irregular ones. It can be used both inside and outside at -50°C to +120°C. It is neutral, doesn't damage gentle surfaces, doesn't cause corrosion, if necessary, it may be painted after drying. On full cure it remains constantly flexible and thanks to it the applied layer of the adhesive reacts to tensions and deformations of bonded materials e.g. vibrations. IDEAL FOR: Bond with a durable and invisible joint to all materials: glass, porcelain, ceramics, stone, marble granite, bricks, wood, rubber, metals and their alloys and castings (aluminum, steel, brass and so on) plastic except PP, PE. Number 1 adhesive for universal repairs. The surface to be bonded must be dry, clean and degreased. In bonding where invisible joints are required ( gluing glass or transparent plexi) the surfaces being bonded should be joined immediately after the application of the adhesive to one of the surfaces. The surface can be corrected in the relation to each other within 5 minutes. Then immobilize the bonded objects for at least 2 hours. Full cure is achieved after 48 hours. Another way of bonding is applying the adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded and joining them only after partial drying of the adhesive, i.e. after 10 minutes (like bonding with contact glue). After joining this way of gluing makes correcting the surfaces impossible but hardening of the adhesive occurs faster and troublesome immobilization may be avoided.
